Ewa Nyikó

Psychologist, trainer and university lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Katowice, specializing in peer violence, bullying, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Collaborates substantively with the RESQL system team - a tool supporting schools in responding to peer violence, and is responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that help schools monitor and address bullying and other forms of aggression. Provides training and supervision for teaching staff, supporting educational institutions in building and maintaining a safe and protective school climate.

Member of the Scientific Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association, actively engaged in disseminating knowledge on the psychological mechanisms of violence, group dynamics, and the functioning of students with ADHD and autism spectrum conditions.
