Psychological Congress & Festival

22 — 24 June 2026, Wroclaw
Organizers:

From Re_flection to Re_action

Re_flection triggers comprehension.
Re_action gives it direction.
Re_mind is the space in between — this is where the change begins.

Psychology is the science that studies how a person thinks, feels and behaves in different social, cultural, and biological situations and contexts. Data on human functioning come from many sources: from careful observations, to questionnaire studies conducted on a large scale and over many years, to experiments—both in controlled laboratory conditions and in the natural environment.

The goal of the Re_mind Psychology Congress and Festival is to go beyond academic walls and show that psychology is not only the science of man, but also a real tool for changing the world. We believe that psychology has power — the power to explain phenomena as diverse as the cerebral substrate of the mind, the dynamics of family relationships, or crowd behavior during mass migrations.

The Congress is a space for meeting science with everyday life, theory with practice and research with real problems of the modern world. By inviting eminent researchers and practitioners, we will debunk myths and misconceptions about the state of psychological knowledge.

During three intensive days within 14 thematic blocks, we will show how psychology allows us to understand the mechanisms of addiction, depression, stress or trauma, but also helps to design effective social campaigns, develop educational programs or support the development, mental and physical health of children and adolescents and their parents.

The tools created by psychologists can heal, as in the case of effective therapy; inspire, for example, in the search for meaning and purpose in life; teach, for example, through methods of increasing motivation; dress, by understanding the impact of fast fashion on the environment; and even defend, e.g. used in forensic science or social impact theory in the context of negotiations and hostilities.

In the heart of Wrocław — a city of change and a city of learning — we are creating an event that combines the scientific with the everyday. It is a meeting of people who present different perspectives and backgrounds. At the same time, they agree on the need to organize psychological knowledge and develop scientifically sound solutions.

Together we create a multi-threaded platform: debates, conferences, workshops and activities, proving the importance of psychology in every aspect of social reality.

Idea

Psychology that responds. A world that needs answers. Re_mind is a space where science, experience and action meet. It is an invitation to think together, feel and respond to the challenges of today — through the prism of psychology, but also beyond it.

Re_ is a symbol of change, transformation, reflection. Mind is the center we want to understand. Remind — because we remind you of what is really important.
