- the website does not include information prepared in Polish Sign Language (PJM),
- not all content is available in easy-to-read and easy-to-understand text (ETR),
- some external forms used by event partners may not be fully accessible to users of assistive technologies.

We prepared this statement on the basis of a self-assessment, including:
- an internal audit,
- manual testing using the NVDA screen reader,
- testing with WAVE and ARC Toolkit, tools used for the automatic detection of certain digital accessibility issues.
The statement is reviewed and updated annually.
Plans to eliminate digital accessibility issues
The organiser plans to gradually improve the accessibility of the website, mobile application and published multimedia materials before the start of the Re_Mind Congress and during future editions of the event.

All venues may be entered with an assistance dog or guide dog, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Communication and information accessibility
Selected Congress events will be interpreted into Polish Sign Language (PJM). Information about PJM interpretation will be published in the descriptions of events in the Congress programme.

Sensory accessibility and participant support
The organisers of the Re_Mind Congress aim to create an environment that is as friendly and inclusive as possible for neurodivergent people and people with various sensory needs.
Selected events will be marked according to the level of sensory stimuli, such as:
- intense light,
- loud sound,
- large crowds,
- strobe effects or dynamic visual projections.
The organiser plans to prepare:
- information about event spaces,
- maps showing routes and entrances,
- guidance on transport and moving between venues,
- information about rest and quiet areas.
People who need additional support during participation in Re_Mind may contact the organiser before the event.
