Creates the artistic program of the festival and the setting of the event, collaborating with artists and curators of creative projects.

Coordinates the initiation of research, reports and policy briefs related to the Congress program in cooperation with the Ministries in order to develop recommendations for public policies.

It provides solutions to enable people with different needs to attend the event and ensures its inclusiveness.

Is responsible for the communication strategy of the event and the consistency of the message across all channels. Coordinates Re_Mind communications in cooperation with all co-organizers and partners, as well as supervises offline activities, performance and ongoing planning and execution of communications.

Coordinates the work of the Youth Council, designs and organizes the Youth Town, a social and educational initiative aimed at young people and co-created by them in accordance with the idea of “Nothing about the young without the young”.

Coordinates the concept and implementation of Miasteczka Młodych Plus, a social and educational space dedicated to seniors. The team designs events that promote health, well-being and active and conscious living in adulthood, creating a place for meetings, exchange of experiences and access to sound knowledge in the field of mental and somatic health.

Designs and coordinates cooperation with the New Media Council and web creators, emphasizing the role of new media and technologies in psychology, education and social functioning.

Is responsible for relations with the media, media patronage and the image of the event in the public space.

It provides the formal, legal and financial background of the event. It oversees the settlements and ensures the compliance of the Congress organization with the current regulations.

Responsible for cooperation with invited guests and speakers, coordinating their participation in the event from the logistical and organizational side.

Responsible for the implementation of the event from the production and operational side, the scenario of the day and the technical and stage coordination.

Responsible for the creation and publication of communication in Social Media Re_Mind's own channels and the current moderation.

Responsible for cooperation with partners and sponsors, coordinating partner benefits and business relations.

Responsible for the development and updating of the event website, taking care of its functionality, readability and access to the most important information.
