Maksymilian Bielecki

Psychologist. Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science at SWPS University. Co-founder of the Open Artificial Intelligence Lab and the USWPS Media Practices Observatory – a research and development center specializing, among other things, in media discourse analysis and the psychological aspects of growing up in the digital age.

He collaborates with leading Polish research institutions. His scientific work focuses on methodology, statistics, memory and attention research, as well as the psychological aspects of the energy transition.

For over a decade, he has also been working for the business sector. He has designed and implemented R&D projects for startups in fields such as marketing, HR, and medtech. As a consultant and trainer, he has collaborated with numerous leading companies in FMCG, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and e-commerce.
