Camilla Forsberg

Dr. Camilla Forsberg is a Senior Associate Professor in Education at the Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning, Linköping University in Sweden. She received her Ph.D. in Education from Linköping University in 2016, focusing on students’ perspectives on bullying and bystander behaviors. During her academic career, her main research has centered on student´s perspectives on bullying, focusing on how they understand and interpret bullying experiences, as well as how bullying relates to the social, institutional, cultural, and historical contexts within which it occurs. Another area of research has centered on school climate more broadly, attending to both student’s and teachers’ perspectives. Currently, she explores the lived experiences of minority youth both with focus on experiences of bullying and in a longitudinal study on hate speech among young minorities.
