Julia Matys

M.A. Julia Matys is an educator, neurologopedic specialist, surdologopedist, and sensory integration therapist. She is also the mother of twin daughters diagnosed with Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD).

Her professional practice is primarily focused on the assessment and therapy of individuals with CAPD, as well as delivering specialist training in this field.

She is a co-creator of the platform Afast – Powiedz to and the author or co-author of articles published in both Polish and international scientific journals. She has also authored an e-book dedicated to Central Auditory Processing Disorder.

Ms Matys is a member of a research team investigating left-hemisphere stimulation using the FM System in patients with CAPD (the SFM-UP method). Findings from this research have been presented at international otolaryngology conferences in Italy, Sweden, and Argentina, as well as at numerous otolaryngology and audiology conferences across Poland.
