
Karolina Ziegart-Sadowska
Karolina Ziegart-Sadowska is a psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, and a
biotechnologist with a strong interest in neurobiology. She provides cognitive-behavioral therapy
(CBT) for adults, children, and adolescents. Her primary area of interest is neurodiversity. She works
with children and adults with ADHD and autism spectrum conditions, as well as with co-occurring
difficulties. She also supports parents in addressing parenting challenges and developing effective
parenting skills. In addition to her clinical work, she conducts workshops and professional trainings
for specialists. She is a co-founder of the “Akademia Różnorodności”, an educational initiative
dedicated to training professionals working with neurodivergent individuals. In her work, she values
evidence-based approaches grounded in scientific research. She also runs a psychoeducational
