Małgorzata Kramarz

A lecturer at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, a specialist in psychologicaland pedagogical counselling, a graduate of the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciencesand the Postgraduate Programme “School of Interpersonal Communication” at the University of Wrocław, and an organist.

Since 1991, she has been providing psychological and pedagogical counselling, complementing her work with academic and popular science publications in the field of solving personal problems and issues in social relationships. At the Karol Lipiński Academyof Music, she teaches courses in pedagogy, the fundamentals of didactics, and socialcommunication at the Faculty of Music Education, Choral Conducting, and Church Music, as well as within the Pedagogical Studies programme. In cooperation with dr Amelia Golema, she co-teaches the interfaculty elective “MP3 – Musical Emergency Service: Stage Fright, Crisis, Identity.” Since 2021, she has served as a consultant for the Centre for ArtisticEducation. Alongside her appointment at the Academy, she has been developing activitiessupporting artists, conducting training pedagogical councils for teachers at primary and secondary music schools, and carrying out academic research on working with stage fright, building artistic identity, and creative approaches to overcoming crises.
