Olga Białobrzeska

Social psychologist working at the Center for Research on Social Relations at SWPS University. Her research focuses on the role of communion in social life. She studies everyday niceness, social polarization, and ways of conducting conversations that foster connection despite differences. She is a board member of the New Community Foundation, which works to bridge social divides and rebuild civic community in Poland, where she develops methods for depolarization and conducts lectures and trainings on good conversation.
