Effective Wellbeing Interventions in Academia
How can universities effectively support the mental health of undergraduate and doctoral students? A report prepared by a team from SWPS University synthesizes knowledge on interventions whose effectiveness was evaluated in empirical studies conducted between 2020 and 2025. The authors analyze actions aimed at both reducing psychological problems and enhancing academic wellbeing.
The report demonstrates that effective support is not about choosing a single, one-size-fits-all intervention, but rather about building a stepped-care system of assistance.
The findings of the report will be presented on June 24th during the session "Effective interventions for health and wellbeing in academia".

Safe and Effective Psychotherapy: Recommendations of the Coalition for Psychotherapy
A Policy Brief prepared by the Coalition for Psychotherapy (SWPS University, Jagiellonian University, University of Warsaw, Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences) presents proposals for changes aimed at increasing the quality, safety, and effectiveness of psychotherapy in Poland by grounding it in three sources of knowledge: scientific research, clinical experience, and patients' needs and values. The document outlines key recommendations regarding the training of psychotherapists, monitoring therapy outcomes, and funding research, emphasizing that the lack of coherent standards may limit treatment effectiveness and the safety of individuals seeking psychological help.
The findings of the report will be presented on June 23rd during the session "Commentary on the Act on the Profession of Psychotherapist and the Professional Association".

How are psychologists trained in Poland? The Act on the Profession of Psychologist, introduced earlier this year, brings a new reality and significant challenges for the education system. Generative Artificial Intelligence and the Polish Labor Market

This is the largest study currently available on the opinions of labor market participants in Poland.
The findings of the report will be presented on June 24th during the session "Artificial Intelligence and Psychological Functioning".
