Amelia Pieszczoch

Amelia Pieszczoch – a third-year psychology student at the University of Opole, specializing in work and business psychology with a focus on coaching and training. She passionately translates theoretical knowledge into practice. As Vice-President of the "RESET" Student Research Group, Amelia conducts psychoeducational workshops for students and young people, coordinates projects, and launches various social initiatives.

Her academic interests center on the impact of the digital world on mental health. To date, she has conducted a pilot study on the correlation between social media use and well-being and authored an article on user self-esteem—both developed as part of her undergraduate research.

Her broader interests include work psychology, developmental psychology and humanistic approaches. Looking ahead, she aspires to build a career as a psychotherapist for children and adolescents.

An avid traveler and cooking enthusiast, Amelia finds her balance through movement, from running to dancing. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new ways to optimize the learning process. In her personal time, she values deep, inspiring conversations and dreaming big over a cup of tea with her close friends.
