
Andrzej Gryzewski
Andrzej Gryżewski is a psychologist, sexologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (CBT) and schema therapist, and one of Poland’s most recognizable voices in public discussions about sexuality and relationships. He is the founder of the Arte Vita Institute of Psychotherapy and Sexology in Warsaw.
He is the author of bestselling books on relationships and sexuality, including The Art of Handling the Penis, The Art of Handling the Vagina, Unlovable: Fear of Intimacy, and The Art of Handling a Man. His book The Art of Handling the Penis inspired the theatre play “Koń na jeźdźcu”, staged at the Stefan Żeromski Theatre in Kielce.
He is also the creator of the award-winning podcast “Dialogi waginy i penisa”, where he discusses sexuality, intimacy and relationship psychology in an accessible and engaging way.
His work focuses on relationship psychology, human sexuality and the contemporary transformations of masculinity. He regularly appears in the media and delivers lectures and workshops on intimacy, sexuality and mental health.
