Has modern sexuality become freer – or rather, more lost? The modern world offers unprecedented access to diverse ways of satisfying sexual needs and enhancing sexual satisfaction, including pornography and psychoactive substances. The line between normative use of these and compulsive, harmful abuse can blur, affecting relationships, self-esteem, and mental health. So, it's worth asking: how can we wisely seek a balance between sexual freedom and mental well-being?
