Joanna Madey

Joanna Madey, M.A., is a certified master-class sports psychologist from the Polish Psychological Association and a graduate of SWPS University. She is a member of the Sports Psychology Section of the Polish Psychological Association and international organizations of sports psychologists: the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, the International Society of Sport Psychology, and the European Federation of Sport Psychology. She is the founder and board member of the FLOW Foundation for the Development of Sport Psychology and Physical Activity. Since 2006, she has collaborated with the Polish Aeroclub National Gliding Team.

Professionally, she specializes in applied sports psychology and the practical application of mental training elements. She specializes in working with top-level athletes – she has collaborated with, among others, the Polish Disabled Sports Association, the Polish Luge Sports Association, and pilots of various aviation disciplines of the Polish Aeroclub – Polish Aviation Association. She participated in project SIOKO – Strong and Resilient Olympic Team London 2012. She has also worked individually with athletes of various national teams, including medalists at top-level competitions. As a psychologist, she has participated in numerous world and European championships.
