Konrad Piotrowski

Konrad Piotrowski, PhD, Associate Professor at SWPS University, psychologist, and Head of the Center for Research on Personality Development. His research interests focus on the development of identity, parental burnout, and regret over the decision to have children. He leads the international research team, Parenthood Regret Research Network (PRRN) – the world’s first interdisciplinary group devoted to the study of parenthood regret. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and international conference presentations. For many years, he has been actively promoting psychological knowledge in the media, commenting on issues related to parenting, mental health, and personality development in the press, radio, and television. He regularly participates in popular science conferences and practitioner-oriented events, combining a research perspective with the practical dimension of supporting parents and families. He serves as Vice President of the Polish Association of Developmental Psychology and as a member of the Program Board of the International Society for Research on Identity.
