
Magdalena Morgaś
I have been involved in HR for over 14 years, passionately and consistently designing “soft” HR processes – from recruitment and employer branding, through onboarding, to employee development and organizational culture building. In my work, I focus on authenticity, consistency, and caring for the employee experience at every stage of their career path.
At UNIQA, I am responsible for creating and implementing the employee experience strategy – from the candidate's first contact with the brand to employee development and retention. I place particular emphasis on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI), which I consider to be the foundation of a strong and modern organizational culture. I am a leader who combines a strategic view of HR with a high sensitivity to people's needs. In my work, I am inspired by the belief that organizational culture is not a declaration on paper, but the everyday experience of employees.
I graduated in Psychology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner at Kozminski University. I am a coach and mentor in the process of EMCC accreditation. I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Neuro-leadership at Lazarski University.
