She has been published in numerous academic outlets, including The Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Business and Psychology, and she is an Editorial Board member for both Psychology and Aging and Work, Aging and Retirement. She serves as Chair for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee and has received research funding from the Australian Research Council, the Washington University Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences, and other funding bodies.
