Description:
In the workplace, we can be faced with phenomena that reduce the effectiveness of our actions, are a source of excessive stress and even serious mental problems. Among the most common of these are procrastination and professional burnout. The first is to postpone important tasks for later, despite the awareness of the negative consequences of such behavior. Burnout, on the other hand, is a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by chronic work-related stress. Fear of work (also called ergophobia) can result from fear of failure, pressure, or conflict in the workplace.
