
Alicja Kotłowska
A graduate of the University of Oxford (Master of Science) and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Master's degree). She also completed an LL.M. in International Law at Oxford Brookes University and an Executive MBA program. For over a decade, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Business School of Oxford Brookes University. She is a certified mediator.
Currently, she serves as the Plenipotentiary of the Vice-Rector for International Projects at SWPS University. She is also an expert in a team operating under the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy. At the SWPS Open Education Center, she develops e-learning courses on systems thinking and foresight, implemented as part of the NCBR grant 'Your Future Competencies'. She is also a researcher at the SWPS research unit 'Youth in the Center Lab'.
Author of the book 'Your Job' and publications on work ethics, digital burnout, and the challenges of working in a digital world. She actively promotes knowledge about employment quality, digital well-being, and effective methods for managing remote and hybrid work.
