
Bartosz Opaliński
An Attorney at Law with more than 25 years of professional experience. He serves as Vice President of the National Bar Council of Attorneys at Law of Poland, overseeing professional training and continuing legal education for attorneys at law, as well as matters relating to legal traineeship (apprenticeship) programmes. He is also the Vice Dean of Rzeszów Bar Association of Attorneys at Law, responsible for the attorney-at-law traineeship programme.
He is a member of the International Legal Services Committee operating within the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).
In his legal practice, conducted through his law firm, he specializes in civil, family, and criminal law, with a particular focus on representing and assisting individuals affected by domestic violence in court proceedings.
He is actively involved in legal education and professional training, delivering lectures and workshops for attorney-at-law trainees and law students, sharing both practical knowledge and extensive professional experience. He has been a long-standing member of examination boards responsible for conducting the Polish Attorney-at-Law Bar Examination and actively participates in the work of juries for competitions addressed to law students and attorney-at-law trainees.
