Katarzyna Ziemann

Director of the Social Development Department at the Gdańsk City Hall, responsible for shaping and implementing urban policies in the areas of social inclusion, health, and the well-being of residents.

She coordinates the development and implementation of social strategies addressing key challenges, including in the area of mental health and quality of life. In her work, she collaborates with non-governmental organizations, public institutions, and international partners, supporting the development of innovative, local solutions.

She is committed to building Gdańsk as a city of solidarity, openness, and human rights, actively participating in international city cooperation in the area of mental health and well-being.
