Natalia Osica

A sociologist by training, a mediator by profession, and an expert in science-to-socio-economic collaboration. Since 2009, she has been working at the intersection of science, business, and public administration, supporting relationship building, information flow, and the transfer of scientific research findings. She designs the architecture of processes and programs that effectively connect these three worlds. Her mission is to increase the participation of scientists in the country's socio-economic life.

Founder of ‘pro science’ – the first consulting firm in Poland specializing in science communication and moderating collaboration between science and the socio-economic environment. From 2025-2026, she chaired the Team for Strengthening the Transfer of Scientific Research Results under the Minister of Science, which developed the "Agenda for Science and Business Collaboration." She is an expert for the European Research Executive Agency (REA) in projects at the intersection of science and the socio-economic environment. Co-author of the book for scientists "The Art of Science Promotion" (published by OPI-PIB). She lectures in postgraduate studies on negotiation, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. From 2009–2012, she served as press spokesperson and head of the PR department at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is a graduate of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
