Agnieszka Czerw

dr Agnieszka Czerw is a work and organizational psychologist. Her research interests focus on the quality of life of an adult in the context of professional work. In his research, he combines the perspective of work and organizational psychology and positive psychology. It deals with the issues of employee welfare, the value and meaning of work in human life.

She is the author of several books and numerous scientific and popular articles. It also creates diagnostic tools. She is a co-author of the Occupational Interests Questionnaire created by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and used in all Labour Offices in Poland, as well as numerous questionnaires diagnosing psychological aspects of functioning at work.

She is a founder and member of the Polish Society of Positive Psychology and a member of the Center for Research on Social Activity and Welfare (FELL & ACT WELL) at SWPS University.
