Description:
Mobbing and bullying at work are phenomena associated with persistent and prolonged harassment of the employee, which lead to his humiliation, ridicule and lowering of self-esteem. Both of these phenomena have serious consequences for the mental health and efficiency of the worker, and their recognition and counteraction are key to creating a healthy work environment. How do you know if this is happening in your workplace? What can you do to prevent them from occurring and deal with them when they occur?
