Description:

This workshop focuses on identifying psychological violence in the workplace and developing skills to respond to situations that compromise psychosocial safety. This topic is particularly relevant given the growing awareness of the impact of the professional environment on mental health, burnout, and team performance.

During the meeting, participants will be introduced to basic conceptual distinctions. Particular emphasis will be placed on understanding mobbing as a process, i.e., a phenomenon that develops gradually, based on repeated behaviors and an imbalance of power. The workshop is interactive and based on working with realistic case studies. A significant element of the workshop is also reflection on the role of witnesses and the impact of reactions (or lack thereof) on perpetuating or stopping abusive behaviors within an organization. Participants will learn simple response frameworks applicable in daily work.
