Description:
We are witnessing a renaissance of interest in the possibilities that psychedelic substances bring and their skillful use to treat specific mental problems. Numerous clinical and neurobiological studies are being conducted. But the admiration for the effectiveness of psychedelic-assisted therapy and psychotherapy also entails the temptation to use them more widely, which could be described as recreational. And this can have numerous consequences, from the problem of addiction and its individual and social consequences, to the market for illegal distribution.
