The Functioning of a Child with Central Auditory Processing Disorder – Diagnostic and Therapeutic Options

The aim of this workshop is to introduce the topic of Central Auditory Processing Disorder (APD/CAPD). It will provide a detailed overview of how a child with CAPD functions, focusing on their functional difficulties in daily life, with particular emphasis on school-related and psychological challenges.
A key component of the event will be identifying appropriate therapeutic approaches for patients experiencing dysfunctions within the left hemisphere of the brain (CAPD). This will include a discussion on left-hemisphere stimulation using FM systems as an effective method of neurorehabilitation. The presentation will be supported by scientific data from global otolaryngology and audiology conferences, as well as peer-reviewed research articles.
