Description:
Can the sense of smell play a role in preventing cognitive aging? This workshop introduces participants to olfactory training – a method increasingly studied for its potential to slow down aging and neurodegeneration processes. The theoretical part covers scientific foundations and a review of current research findings, while the practical part allows direct engagement with exercises used in training protocols. The workshop is aimed at individuals interested in evidence-based cognitive prevention.
