What is the mental state of Poles today? Key findings from Medonet's National Mental Health Test

According to the results of the National Mental Health Test 2025 (NTZP25), the average Mental Well-being Index, an indicator assessing mental condition, stress levels, and life satisfaction, was only 48.3 points out of 100. The lowest score was achieved by young adults aged 18–24, averaging 44.2 points.
