Workshops for Parents as the First Line of Support for the Family of a Child with ADHD and/or on the Autism Spectrum
Description:
Psychoeducational workshops for parents often serve as the first line of support in the "ladder of intervention"—they structure the understanding of difficulties, strengthen the agency of adults, and improve the child's developmental conditions in daily life.
During this workshop, we will demonstrate why this form of work is crucial for the wellbeing of the entire family system, how to build motivation for change, and how to facilitate the process so that parents implement changes between sessions rather than just "accumulating knowledge." You will learn 2 specific techniques to use in a group setting (complete with instructions and debriefing), based on modern, relationally understood behaviorism and evidence-based practice.

The workshop is open to Re_Mind congress ticket holders. Seats are limited!
