Supervisor in training at the international School of Supervisors (Gestalt Studia International Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy and Psychopathology). Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology and Health at the Faculty of Psychology and Law, SWPS University in Poznań. Long-time employee of the Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź. Author of peer-reviewed scientific publications on preventing stress and professional burnout, and workplace violence.
She specializes in crisis intervention, both individual and organizational. Academically and as a trainer, she focuses on strengthening personal resources and coping with stress, professional burnout, mobbing, and sexual harassment in the workplace. In her practice, she works with patients who have experienced violence and are dealing with the effects of trauma. In the area of mediation and consulting, she is appointed to participate in resolving internal group conflicts and serving on Anti-Mobbing Commissions.
