Alicja Owdziej

A graduate of Development Studies (SOAS University of London) and Social Anthropology (BA from SOAS University of London, MA from London School of Economics). Her academic path focused on issues related to sustainable development, humanitarian aid, and the impact of expert interventions on local communities, combining a research perspective with an analysis of the systemic determinants of socio-economic processes.

She has many years of professional experience in social, humanitarian, and ESG projects. She has collaborated with international organizations and institutions, as well as the consulting sector, conducting research and analytical projects on supply chains, humanitarian needs, psychosocial risks in the workplace, and contemporary forms of forced labor.

Concurrently, she has been developing her expertise in education and training for many years. As a trainer with over seven years of experience, she designs and delivers proprietary training programs, including workshops that develop communication, analytical, and argumentation skills. She has conducted hundreds of hours of training for diverse audiences in Poland and abroad. She is the Polish champion in parliamentary debates (2018) and a laureate of numerous national and international tournaments.
