Elizabeth Haase

Author of The Handbook of Climate Psychiatry and Psychotherapy — one of the first books for clinicians dedicated to climate change and mental health — and editor of Climate Change and Youth Mental Health: Multidisciplinary Perspectives, aimed at adult professionals working with young people in the context of climate change. She is a practicing psychiatrist and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Nevada, and served as the first Chair of the Climate Change and Mental Health Committee of the American Psychiatric Association.
