Description:
The session focuses on the complex emotional responses to the climate crisis — from eco-anxiety to feelings of hopelessness (climate doom) — examining their impact on mental health and motivation to take action. International speakers will explore the mechanisms behind apathy and climate resistance, and present research-based strategies for transforming difficult emotions into constructive action, activism, and psychological resilience.
