Justyna Wasińska

Lawyer (judicial qualification) – a Compliance Officer with over twenty years of experience in the financial and insurance market, handling matters in Compliance, AML, Whistleblowing, and cross-border activities, and also facilitating proper communication with supervisory authorities.

Co-author of the cloud standard for insurance companies developed by the Polish Chamber of Insurance. She provided support in the area of compliance, particularly regarding ethics and professional ethics, the process of implementing internal regulations, anti-money laundering, whistleblower protection, and conducting internal investigations. She holds the honorary title of 'Super Trainer,' awarded by her former colleagues.

Certified Mediator in civil, commercial, family, and criminal mediations. Since 2021, she has served as a Mediator at the Arbitration Court Mediation Center at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), appointed for another term until 2027, addressing issues related to bank loans denominated or indexed to foreign currencies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the 13th edition of Postgraduate Studies in Risk Management in Financial Institutions, conducted by the Collegium of Management and Finance at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which she completed with honors.

Prior to her current role as a Management Board Member at PWPW S.A. (a position she holds until October 10, 2025), she served as the Director of the Compliance Office at ECB S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), where she was responsible for the up-to-dateness of Compliance standards and the implementation and operation of the Compliance Management System.

She is a member of the Program Council of the Individual Investors Club, where she demonstrates how to conduct ethical business. In 2026, due to her extensive experience in the insurance sector, she was invited to join the Program Council of the Insurance Forum.

In February 2026, Home&Market magazine ranked Justyna Wasińska 35th on its list of the 50 Most Influential Women in Poland. As highlighted by the creators of the ranking, the honorees shared one thing: in 2025, they became co-creators of how Poland looks and how Polish women and men think about the future. In May 2026, Justyna Wasińska was featured among 15 entrepreneurial women in Gazeta Finansowa's report titled 'Rzeczpospolita Babska' (Women's Republic), which presented profiles of leaders representing various industries and business models, thereby demonstrating how dynamically the role of women in business is changing.
