- Piotr Voelkel – A visionary, entrepreneur, and patron of cultural and educational projects. For years, he has promoted the human-touch approach in business, proving that people should always be at the heart of every strategy.
- Magdalena Dziewguć – Country Director at Google Cloud Poland. An expert in digital transformation and innovation. She will discuss how a modern leader can leverage technology to enhance collaboration, build flexible structures, and foster creativity within teams.
- Agnieszka Majewska – Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. A representative of the sector that is the heart of the Polish economy. She will present the perspective of supportive leadership in smaller entities and the role of a leader as a partner and advocate for positive legal and economic changes.
- Tomasz Karwatka – An entrepreneur and investor, founder of the NGOs Tech To The Rescue, MD Fellowship, and Las Na Zawsze. Co-creator of the success of brands such as Divante, Vue Storefront (Alokai), Open Loyalty, and Callstack. An expert in startup culture, he will share insights on how leaders can build engagement in dynamic, technological environments based on autonomy and trust.
- Kazimierz Karolczak – Chairman of the Executive Board of the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis (GZM), an experienced manager with many years of practice in leading large organizations across both public and private sectors, specializing in strategic management, human capital, and organizational transformations.
- Remigiusz Paszkiewicz – President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., an experienced manager and expert in the transformation of large industrial organizations. He specializes in leading effective restructuring processes in the infrastructure, railway, and logistics sectors, under conditions of high operational complexity and time pressure.
- Justyna Wasińska – Member of the Management Board of the Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW), lawyer, and Compliance Officer with more than 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors. She is also a Certified Mediator specializing in civil, commercial, family, and criminal mediation.
