- Magdalena Dziewguć – Country Director at Google Cloud Poland. An expert in digital transformation and innovation. She will discuss how a modern leader can leverage technology to enhance collaboration, build flexible structures, and foster creativity within teams.
- Agnieszka Majewska – Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. A representative of the sector that is the heart of the Polish economy. She will present the perspective of supportive leadership in smaller entities and the role of a leader as a partner and advocate for positive legal and economic changes.
- Tomasz Karwatka – An entrepreneur and investor, founder of the NGOs Tech To The Rescue, MD Fellowship, and Las Na Zawsze. Co-creator of the success of brands such as Divante, Vue Storefront (Alokai), Open Loyalty, and Callstack. An expert in startup culture, he will share insights on how leaders can build engagement in dynamic, technological environments based on autonomy and trust.
