
Kajetan Kosterkiewicz
Judge of the Regional Court in Poznań and Deputy Coordinator for Legal Education at the Court of Appeal in Poznań. A lecturer and legal educator, he organizes and speaks at numerous events and conferences aimed at promoting legal knowledge and increasing public understanding of the law. For over a decade, he has been conducting classes and lectures for children, young people, and seniors, helping them understand the practical, everyday aspects of the law as part of the Legal Education Programme of the Polish justice system.
He has trained a wide range of professional groups, including lawyers, school principals, teachers, psychologists, pedagogues, social workers, staff of Family Support Centres (PCPR), and police officers from municipal, district, and regional police headquarters, focusing on legal issues relevant to their professional responsibilities.
He is a co-creator of numerous educational video materials, including: Hate Speech and Memes – Violations of Personal Rights on the Internet; Student Image Rights in the Age of AI – Legal Aspects; Peer Violence – Physical and Psychological; Courtroom Simulation and Participation in Court Proceedings; Cooperation Between Schools and Courts for the Safety of Children and Young People; and Consumer Warranty and Guarantee Rights.
