Magda Dziewguć

Prominent tech executive and corporate governance expert with nearly 30 years of experience pioneering the new technologies sector. In her last role as the country director of Google Cloud in Poland, she has been a key architect of Central and Eastern Europe’s (CEE) digital ecosystem, spearheading regional cloud infrastructure development and driving massive upskilling initiatives for thousands of engineering and business professionals.

A specialist in scaling disruptive concepts into global realities, Dziewguć has worked closely with some of the region's most successful tech-driven scale-ups, including ElevenLabs, booksy.com, windy.com, and kiwi.com.

In her non-executive board roles for publicly listed market leaders—including e-commerce logistics giant InPost, banking Pekao SA, and healthcare leader Pelion— her core focus is digital transformation, change management, talent development, and international expansion.

Educated in Poland and the US, Dziewguć  bridges deep industrial expertise with high-impact social advocacy.
