Marzena Netczuk-Gwoździewicz

A psychologist and academic lecturer affiliated with the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces in Wrocław. She specializes in the psychology of functioning under high-stress conditions, mental resilience, and psychological support within uniformed services. Her scientific and didactic work focuses on operational stress, adaptation to extreme situations, and developing soldiers' psychosocial competencies.

She conducts lectures and seminars for cadets and students in security and defense-related fields, covering topics such as military psychology, stress psychology, interpersonal communication, and elements of mental health prevention within military structures. She is the author and co-author of publications on security psychology and mental health in the context of military service. She also participates in research projects focused on how soldiers function in threatening situations and under prolonged stress.
