
Renata Mauer-Różańska
Athlete, Olympian, competitive shooter specializing in sport shooting, coach, and academic lecturer at The Wroclaw Univercity of Health and Sport Sciences. She served as a Wrocław City Councilor from 2010 to 2018 and is a member of the Alumni Council to the Rector of the Wrocław University of Economics and Business (UEW).

Awards and Social Activity
She has been twice honored in the Fair Play competition by the Polish Olympic Committee. She was also awarded the prestigious Kalos Kagathos medal by the Polish Olympic Academy in recognition of her extensive social and community work within the Olympic movement, promoting Olympic ideals and popularizing sports.
She is actively involved in the Polish Olympic Committee, serving as a Board Member and Chairwoman of the Women's Sport Commission. Furthermore, she holds the position of Vice President of both the Lower Silesian Sport Shooting Association and the Society of Polish Olympians.
As part of her work with the Regional Olympic Council in Wrocław, she co-organizes community events, including:
- Picnics with Olympians from Wrocław and Lower Silesia,
- Traditional Christmas wafer-sharing (opłatek) gatherings for Lower Silesian Olympians,
- The Lower Silesian Olympian Days.
