She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sports Education at the University of Physical Education in Wrocław. She specializes in Sports Training Theory and Sports Psychology, combining academic expertise with years of elite competitive experience.

A World Kickboxing Champion, four-time World Cup winner, multiple European and World Championship medalist, and professional MMA fighter, she bridges science and high-performance practice.

She is the author of academic and popular science publications in the fields of sports psychology and strength and conditioning. In her work with athletes, leaders, and high achievers, she focuses on developing mental resilience, self-confidence, motivation, and unlocking full potential.

As a speaker and personal development coach, she demonstrates how a champion’s mindset translates into success in sport, business, and life.
