Mental Health Crisis Among Children and Adolescents
Description:
The lecture will focus on the activities of the World Health Organization (WHO) aimed at improving child and adolescent mental health on a global scale. Dr Jennifer Hall and Dr Anastasia Giannakis will present the latest WHO initiatives that are ushering in a new era of care for young people experiencing mental health disorders.
The speakers will discuss both global strategies and action plans, as well as concrete initiatives currently supporting the quality of mental health care for children and adolescents. The session will conclude with a discussion with participants, providing an opportunity to exchange experiences and ask questions to the speakers.
