Music Activities Supporting Cognitive Processes in Older Adults

During this workshop, participants will learn about and experience firsthand various types of musical activities (such as singing, creating and listening to music, working with lyrics, and playing musical instruments) that support specific cognitive functions in older adults. We will also differentiate between and discuss therapeutic work with active seniors and those living with dementia.
