Between Cultures: Why We Misunderstand Each Other — and Whether We Can Change It
Description:
How to build trust in a team spread between Warsaw, New Delhi and São Paulo? Why does the same feedback motivate some and offend others? And what can migration experiences bring to innovative organizations? These questions will be answered in the course of this thematic block. We will explore the most important dimensions of culture (communication, hierarchy, decision-making), showing how to translate them into:
Integration of migrants — concrete tools to minimize culture shock and strengthen the sense of belonging in schools, companies and administrations.
Managing multicultural teams — strategies that combine freedom of action with responsibility, inspired by Netflix's approach to employee autonomy.
The development of global organizations — case studies showing how cultural differences can become a source of innovation rather than a barrier to growth.
