Description:
The clash of “psychology in business” and “psychological business” excites the imagination: on the one hand, hard evidence that understanding human motivations drives business growth, on the other, tempting visions of companies controlling emotions like an algorithm.
The program will include dynamic discussion panels, a stellar lecture and practical workshops, during which we will examine together which psychological techniques really change the market rules of the game, and which only build the illusion of “miraculous solutions”.
