Description:
Wellbeing comes primarily from actions, not just words. Positive psychologists have developed numerous practical exercises known as "positive interventions." Repeating them regularly can elevate our overall level of wellbeing.
During this workshop, participants will discover and practice the most popular positive interventions. We will focus on integration, search for our personal strengths, explore what makes life worth living, and—who knows—perhaps find the answer to the age-old question: "What is the secret to happiness?"
