Aleksandra Różańska

Psychologist, doctor of social sciences, assistant professor at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Opole. She teaches courses in the psychology of cognitive processes, individual differences, personality, and creativity. She gained her scientific and teaching experience at the Jagiellonian University. For over 10 years, she has worked with groups, using creative thinking techniques to search for innovative solutions and solve problems. She provides psychological and therapeutic support to adults, including in the area of occupational burnout and discovering creative potential as a tool for personal development. She is a member of the Polish Psychological Association and the Association of Solution Focused Therapists. She writes short stories inspired by experiences from interpersonal relationships, which she publishes on the Strefa Rozwojowni blog.
