Małgorzata Gamian-Wilk

Researcher at the Institute of Psychology at SWPS University, Faculty of Psychology in Wrocław. Małgorzata Gamian-Wilk is a social psychologist whose research interests focus on social exclusion and workplace bullying, with particular emphasis on the individual and organizational antecedents of workplace bullying. She is the author of articles and books on compliance, workplace bullying, and social ostracism. She is a board member of the International Association on Bullying and Harassment at the Workplace. She is also a member of the Polish Association of Social Psychology. She is an expert with the Polish Accreditation Committee. She has experience conducting training on workplace bullying, serving as a member of bullying investigation committees, and preparing recommendations for companies aimed at implementing organizational changes to reduce bullying prevalence.
