Agnieszka Majewska

Spokesperson for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Poland. Appointed to the position on 25 June 2024. She graduated in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, earning a Master’s degree in Administration, and later completed a law degree at the University of Silesia, obtaining a Master’s degree in Law. In 2010, she passed the judicial exam and was admitted to the list of legal advisers. She also completed postgraduate studies in tax advisory at the WSB University in Gdańsk.

She is a legal adviser with twenty years of experience in administrative and business law. Her professional experience includes work at the District Court in Gdańsk and the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Gdańsk. She is an expert in administrative law and the author of numerous presentations delivered at academic and popular science conferences.

Between 2019 and 2024, she served as the Regional Representative of the SME Ombudsman in Gdańsk, maintaining close dialogue and cooperation with employers’ organizations and the business community. She successfully led numerous interventions defending the rights of entrepreneurs.

She is a member of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council, Vice-Chair of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Council, and a member of the Pomeranian Women’s Council.
